my goodness.. i cant believe tat i decided to go back training.. i've stop training like for a month?? i guess.. luckily sir din give me hard training.. kaka.. was so scared of hard training.. i'll be doom if i had hard training today.. u'll see me stiffen the next day..=Xone reason i went back training is all because i feel fat n in need of exercise.. i cant bear seeing myself grow fat.. i'm like eating so much.. n worst is i'm always munching chocolate each n single day!! my goodness.. no wonder i'm like gaining more n more kgs by day..
